Benefits

Benefits of diversity certification for your organisation.

BEQUAL transforms separate credentials into one coherent signal that stakeholders can understand and verify.

01

One clear overview

Bring different certifications together under a single, easy-to-communicate diversity framework.

02

Specialist depth without duplicate audits

BEQUAL CERTIFICATE builds on detailed specialist certifications rather than replacing them or repeating their assessments. Your organisation retains the technical depth of each underlying certification and gains a broader, independently reviewed view of its commitment to diversity, equal opportunities and social inclusion.

03

Greater stakeholder trust

Offer customers, employees, investors, partners and institutions evidence that can be independently checked.

04

Stronger employer brand

Show candidates and employees that inclusion is supported by verified action, not only corporate statements.

05

Clear differentiation

Stand out in supplier selection, partnerships and commercial conversations with a broader view of diversity.

06

Better use of your investment

Increase the visibility and strategic value of certifications your organisation has already funded and implemented.

Broader verified coverage

More than a single-theme certification.

An organisation's diversity commitment cannot always be represented through one issue alone.

BEQUAL CERTIFICATE provides a consolidated view of independently verified action across disability inclusion, equal opportunities, vulnerable groups and people at risk of social exclusion.

The awarded level reflects the breadth of verified coverage:

  • BEQUAL CERTIFICATE: two verified diversity areas.
  • BEQUAL CERTIFICATE Silver: three verified diversity areas.
  • BEQUAL CERTIFICATE Gold: all four diversity areas.

The level does not replace or reduce the value of the supporting certifications. It makes their combined organisational significance easier to understand and verify.

Social sustainability

Useful evidence for clearer reporting.

BEQUAL organises verified evidence related to diversity, equal opportunities, disability inclusion and the inclusion of vulnerable groups.

This evidence can support the social component of sustainability reporting, including relevant CSRD and ESRS disclosures. BEQUAL does not provide legal advice or independently certify compliance with CSRD, national equality or disability legislation, public procurement requirements or other statutory obligations. It does not replace a company's materiality assessment, statutory sustainability report or required assurance.
