BEQUAL accepts eligible third-party evidence from different certification schemes. There is no closed list: every certificate is assessed for independence, validity, organisational scope and relevant coverage.

Disability inclusion

DisCert

Independent specialist certification for organisations committed to disability inclusion, accessibility, employment and continuous improvement.

Its assessment model examines more than 160 parameters related to the organisation's disability management. An eligible and valid DisCert certificate may support the BEQUAL CERTIFICATE Disability Inclusion area, subject to documentary verification of its issuer, validity, organisational scope and certified coverage.

Equal opportunities

FemCert

Independent specialist certification for organisations committed to women's representation, equal pay and work-life balance.

Its assessment model examines more than 40 parameters covering policies, organisational practices, measurable results and supporting evidence. An eligible and valid FemCert certificate may support the BEQUAL CERTIFICATE Equal Opportunities area, subject to documentary verification of its issuer, validity, organisational scope and certified coverage.

How BEQUAL CERTIFICATE considers FemCert

ISO 30415:2021 is a guidance standard and ISO does not certify organisations. BEQUAL considers eligible third-party certificates or conformity assessments against its guidance.

All third-party certification names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership or automatic acceptance by BEQUAL. Each supporting certificate remains subject to documentary verification.

A layered certification model

Depth belongs to the specialist scheme. Breadth belongs to BEQUAL CERTIFICATE.

Each supporting certification retains its own methodology, requirements, assessment criteria and technical value.

BEQUAL CERTIFICATE does not reassess every underlying parameter. Its independent auditors verify that the certification is valid, credible, relevant and applicable to the organisation requesting BEQUAL CERTIFICATE.

This layered model avoids duplicate audits while preserving the depth of the original certification.

Eligibility criteria

What makes supporting evidence eligible?

The name of a certificate alone is not enough. The auditor reviews the evidence behind it and the scope that applies to your organisation.

Independent issuer

A competent public authority or eligible independent certification body issued the evidence.

Current validity

The supporting certificate is active and independently verifiable.

Matching scope

The legal entity, operations or sites correspond to the BEQUAL application.

Relevant coverage

The verified requirements clearly support at least one BEQUAL diversity area.
