1. Commitment
BEQUAL CERTIFICATE™ aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
2. Measures applied
- Semantic page structure and meaningful headings.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms.
- Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Responsive text and layouts.
- Colour-contrast considerations and reduced-motion support.
- Form labels and accessible status messages.
3. Assessment method
The website has been reviewed through internal technical and content checks. It has not yet undergone an independent formal accessibility certification. References to WCAG 2.2 Level AA therefore describe the target level of conformance.
4. Known limitations
Potential limitations may include third-party websites and external content, certification documents supplied by third parties, automatically translated content and older downloadable documents that have not yet been individually assessed. Known limitations will be reviewed and corrected where reasonably possible.
5. Feedback
Users who encounter an accessibility barrier may email info@bequal.eu. The message should identify the page, describe the problem and, where relevant, indicate the browser, device or assistive technology used. BEQUAL aims to acknowledge accessibility reports within 15 working days.
6. Review
This statement will be reviewed following significant website changes and periodically as accessibility standards and content evolve.
