ISO 30415 provides international guidance for diversity and inclusion in organisations. BEQUAL can consider eligible third-party conformity evidence against that guidance as part of its documentary review.

A certificate or attestation referring to ISO 30415 must come from an independent assessment body. BEQUAL reviews that issuer, the assessment method, validity, scope and the diversity areas demonstrated.
Reference to ISO 30415 does not automatically guarantee BEQUAL eligibility. The underlying evidence must satisfy the same requirements applied to every supporting certification.
